If we do not have a room booked within Three months prior from a date and you are making a new inquiring about we are ready to make a deal! We divide up our spaces and rent each room individually to make those happen!

Saturday Wedding Rental = $3,800.00 ~ book by September 1st, 2019 then $3,000!


This rental includes up to 15,000 square feet of celebration space! We have three great spaces for you included in the rental - The Parlor Room, The JWC West, and our newest addition, The Double Door Villa!



$3,000 Saturday Special for all three spaces, all day access, amenities listed below & more if book event by September 1st, 2019 with signed room rental contract and $500 deposit


Receive additional discounts towards room rental if JWC is catering the event; ranging from $200 to $1,000 based on menu package


Room Rentals Includes:


  • Tables and Chairs for dining up to 400 guests on our 1st floor event space(s)


  • Additional tables for use for cake, greet, sign-in, cocktail tables, etc. - (Please Inquire)

  • 14+ hour access to building setup/teardown


  • 6-hour active event time with 2nd floor limited space - (Please Inquire)


  • 8am entrance access and all events concluded by Midnight - (All Guest/items removed from premises - unless otherwise arranged)


  • Setup (1) floor plan/arrangement per floor for space rented - (Please Inquire if flipping space)


  • Basic In-house room décor


  • Background music/ PA capabilities for announcer/DJ - (Please Inquire)


  • Trash service, sweeping, mopping, clean up and basic amenities


  • Operating expense (heat, ac, lights, water, etc.)


  • Wifi


  • Projection Screen – Audio/Visual Equipment


  • House manager on duty for questions or needs


Deposit To Secure Date:


$500 deposit secures your event date. The room rental must be paid 6 months prior to your event date to secure booking (Please inquire if other arrangements need to be made)

Standard Add Ons:


  • Bar setup - located where main events are occurring. Additional bars can be available - (Please Inquire)


  • Bartenders pay to setup/cleanup satellite bars is included in rental cost (1 bartender per 75 guest required)


  • Please note bartender(s) will get paid from gratuities from hosted tabs and tip jar


  • Bartenders’ labor can accrue additional cost. More than (1) satellite bar may be required pending on guest count


  • Full-service catering options available.


  • If you would like to have JWC cater your next event we offer ‘package pricing’ if use JWC Catering for your booked event - (Please Inquire)


If catering in-house with a pricing special, the full market value of the room rental ($3,800) will be paid in full, then the applicable credit will apply towards the catering billing. Receipt of the funds transferred will be submitted. If wish to handle own catering please make known and the amenities & requirements will be reviewed.


Other Information & Options/Additions:


CEREMONY ON-SITE - pricing varies from waived/ “included in room rental” up to a $300 charge for labor, setup, and additional time. For example: common billing for ceremony on-site is an average of $150-200 for 2 hours additional time & ceremony chair setup.


GET READY HERE! Space to dress and do those special moments before the big ceremony! Pricing ranges from $100-250+ (Please inquire)


Non-alcoholic and/or beer & wine beverage station can be included in pre-ceremony “getting ready” packages. Also available is catered lunch or snacks – (Please inquire)


An additional deposit will be made for a security deposit against any potential damages. This is done by check. The damage deposit is minimum $300. Concluding the event, and after complete cleanup of space, will then be reviewed. If there is no damage, deposit will be returned in full. If any property is damaged, the deposit will be withheld until matter is

resolved. Host(s) are responsible for damage in excess of the deposit.


CAPACITY & REGULATION - JWC Original Space 1st floor event space can comfortably accommodate 200+ persons for dinner and 300+ for appetizers.


2nd Floor Lounge area has 110 seats and can accommodate 200+ guests The Double Door Villa can accommodate 250+ Guests.

All are estimations & are based of layout and use of space.




  • Candles are allowed (exceptions if presented safely & approved by JWC management)

  • No confetti, glitter, or glitter paint allowed without potential additional cleanup charges (If you want to use glitter/ confetti of any kind please inquire with JWC management - additional charges apply)

  • No gum allowed on candy tables or stickers due to floor/table/chair damage

  • Small nails/staples allowed for decorating in most areas. What goes in must come out – (Please inquire if uncertain)

  • As specified above, bar setup, staffing, all alcoholic beverages are to be handled through J.W. Crancer’s. (Please inquire about pricing & packages)
