We offer great room rental discounts on 2 of our event rooms exclusively on Friday evenings at JWC!
Friday Special Rates are lower in order to showcase JWC & our catering.
JWC’s 2nd Floor Cocktail Lounge is open to the public from 4:00-10:00pm
Rental options below are based on the event being between 4:00-10:00pm
(We offer earlier/later times, rates are subject to change)
In-house catering by JWC is required on Friday Nights - $300 minimum
If you’d like to cater your own event this can be done! – Market Rental $500 4 hour event
Parlor Room ‘Yours For The Night!’ - $100
Our Parlor Room is right off our 2nd Floor Cocktail Club that is open to the public on Friday nights. This is a great room
for a casual cocktail/appetizer party, family/work gathering, happy hour, or just a real social atmosphere. Accommodates
up to 50 or 60 adults in ‘cocktail seating’ style setting with reserved seating, standing high-top tables, and some living
room style seating areas. Full access to our main bar for drink purchases or have a self-serve wine/beer bar right in your room.
Rental time must be within the hours the main bar is open (4-10pm).
We can accommodate event times before or after 4:00-10:00 pm but additional charges may apply – Please inquire.
No handicap access to the 2nd floor
JWC WEST - $250 for a 3-Hour event
This event space is our main floor when you enter JWC. This space features a large open floor plan with hardwood floors,
rafter ceilings, ambient lighting, and a rustic yet modern feel. JWC West can accommodate 30-150+ guests and is a great
event room for large events, socials/happy-hours, rehearsal dinners, casual or formal dinners, or presentations. There are
2 settings for this room, one being a social setting with a mix of high-tops & low seating and the other being up to
22 round low-seating tables for dinner or presentation. This room also comes with a satellite bar that can be staffed and
exclusive use for your guests. Need a little more time? - $75 per hour after 3 hours included

House Linens (black – ivory available for additional cost)
Included 2 hours pre/post event for setup & cleanup
Floor plan arrangement executed JWC staff so space is ‘walk-in ready’
Trash Service & Materials
House Manager available for questions or needs
Post event general clean up by JWC staff (sweeping, mopping, restroom and basic amenities)
Standard Add Ons:
Additional time for your event - $75 per hour
Full service catering from appetizers, buffet dinner, formal dinners, desserts, and more!
Bar access, bar packages, bartenders – JWC can offer full service/cash bar for guest, hosted tabs,
or limited tabs at designated price-points - Please inquire. All alcohol must be handled by JWC.
In-House catering Only on Fridays - Staffing not included in pricing - 1 Staff member required for each event
