 We book events 7 days a week. Sundays – Thursdays are our off-peak rental days.

 

This is the perfect opportunity for your next social gathering, luncheon, retreat, or work/family event!

We have 2 separate event spaces available for rental. Each is listed below along with their inclusions.

 

 
Event Space Rental Rates:

 $125 per hour with a required 3-hour minimum

Book our in-house catering services & receive catering/event space amenity credits reducing your overall cost!

 Room Rentals Includes: 

  • Beautiful Wood floor throughout the entire building

  • Rustic Brick Walls

  • 30-foot modern industrial ceiling

  • Tables and Chairs for dining up to 400 guests on our 1st-floor event space(s)

  • Additional tables for use for the cake, greet, sign-in, cocktail tables

  • Setup (1) floor plan/arrangement per floor for space rented 

  • Basic In-house room décor 

  • Trash service, sweeping, mopping, clean up and basic amenities

  • Wifi 

  • Projection Screen – Audio/Visual Equipment

  • Background music/ PA capabilities for announcer/DJ

  • House manager on duty for active event time for all questions or needs

Standard Add-Ons: 

  • Bar access & packages available – additional charges may apply - (Please Inquire)

  • Full-service catering options available. 

  • If you would like to have JWC cater your next event we offer ‘package pricing’ if use JWC Catering for your booked event - (Please Inquire)
