This rental includes 3,000+ square feet of celebration space which can accommodate up to 300 guests! For dinner receptions,
weddings, and formals we suggest the event space will accommodate 200, possibly 250, guests when you include the needed
space for buffet/catering, bar, dance floor, etc. Included is turn-key, all day access so you can gain access to the event space as
early as your heart desires. All events must be concluded and the event space clear by midnight the same day.

Setup of our (1) standard floor plan/arrangement - Host can rearrange floor plan to their desire if replaced
Sweeping, mopping, and clean stocked restrooms prior to event - during & post event is host's responsibility.
Trash cans, liners, & disposal location on site - collecting & removal of trash to dumpster is host's responsibility
Wifi through out the event room
Projection Screen & projector available for use – Host's responsibility to operate
Background music/ PA available for use & microphone - Host's responsibility to operate
Outside caterer’s are welcome. The caterer’s kitchen includes tables to work off of, refrigeration, access to water,
access to electrical, & 1 full door hot box. Host/caterer is responsible to cleanup kitchen area to its starting condition.

Bar Details & Info:
JWC Event Space can provide access to a bar if so desired. All alcohol must be handled by JWC. Bar packages can
range from self-serve beer/wine stations, to bartenders for-hire to do a completely cash bar (guests purchase drinks
themselves) or host a certain tab, to bartenders for hire where beer/wine/mix drinks are served to guests individually
and guest can buy them their selves or a tab can be hosted. Pricing & inclusions:
OPTION A: $200 for (1) self-service station of beer & wine + cost of product. No minimum product purchase required. JWC staff initially setups & provides the materials to display prearranged beer/wine package. Available for arrangement is select keg beer, canned beer, box wine, or bottles of wine. JWC staff will setup table(s), beverage bins, cups, provide ice pertaining to the beverages arranged with JWC. Staff will return to break-down & clean up beverage package station and materials. During event host is responsible to re-stock as needed the pre-purchased beer/wine/water if needed. Staff will have any ‘backup’ beer, wine, water, or ice in a easy to access location to refill if needed.
OPTION B: $280 for (1) satellite bar setup with beer, wine, & water + $500 minimum purchases.
A pre-determined amount of beer & wine (can, box, or keg) will be determined. Guests can purchase the drinks (cash/credit card bar) or host can do a hosted tab to desired amount. Bartender will pour/service each drink if host wishes for bartender to serve each drink. If kegs purchased they will be self-service but located close to the bartender for them to maintain. Included is the JWC staff member to be on for the duration of the event & handle any setup, tear-down, and re-stocking needs for the satellite bar. Also included is water for the duration of the event.
OPTION C: $375 for (1) satellite bar with beer, wine, a display of liquor, and water + $800 minimum purchases.
A pre-determined amount of beer & wine (can, box, or keg) and assortment of popular liquors will be determined. Guests can purchase
the drinks (cash/credit card bar) for themselves or host can do a hosted tab to desired amount. Bartender will pour/service each drink
if host wishes for bartender to serve each drink. If kegs purchased they will be self-service but located close to the bartender for them
to maintain. Included is the JWC staff member to be on for the duration of the event & handle any setup, tear-down, and re-stocking
needs for the satellite bar. Also included is water for the duration of the event.
Included in bar rates is the of setup & teardown, all materials needed to properly display the bar package ordered (tables, linen, beverage containers, ice, etc), materials applicable to bar package (cups, .straws, beverage napkins, condiments/fruit garnishes applicable to bar package).
- Time included in bar packages is the bartender open for service for up to 4 hours - additional time can be purchased $35hr/per bartender
Additional bartenders can be purchased for a minimum $125 - May be required for groups over 150 guests. Depends on bar arrangements & inclusions
Additional satellite bars can be purchased if wish to have more than one in the event space - Pricing applicable above.
