This rental includes 2 adjoined rooms with over 6,000 square feet of celebration space which can accommodate
up to 300+ guests! For dinner receptions, weddings, and formals we suggest the event space will accommodate 200-250
seated guests when you account for the needed space for buffet/catering, bar, dance floor, etc. Included is turn-key, all day
access so you can gain access to the event space as early as your heart desires. All events must be concluded
and the event space clear by midnight the same day unless otherwise purchased
ALL Room Rentals Include:
All-day, turn-key access - a key will be signed out to you prior to your event for easy access.
Reception Room is: a large open floor plan with tall rafter ceilings & rustic brick walls, ambient lighting with romantic Edison bulb string lights (dimmable), stained concreate floors.
Receiving Room/ Ceremony Room is: hardwood flooring with tall industrial ceilings, pendant lighting (dimmable), romantic twinkle lights wrapping each pole in the space and swayed between each pole, ivory walls, large staircase for use for bridal entrance. Rooms are connected by a large opening with wood bar doors.
250 silver chiavari chairs & handmade wooden banquet tables - Seating for 200-225 - additional can be rented if applicable - Please note for ceremony/reception on-site host is to use the same chairs unless additional are rented or others provided.
Additional tables for use for the cake, greet, sign-in, cocktail tables, head table, additional seating, catering, etc
Setup of our (1) standard floor plan/arrangement - Host can rearrange floor plan to their desire if replaced
Sweeping, mopping, and clean stocked restrooms prior to event - during & post event is host's responsibility.
Trash cans, liners, & disposal location on site - collecting & removal of trash to dumpster is host's responsibility
Wifi throughout the event room
Projection Screen & projector available for use – Host's responsibility to operate
Background music/ PA available for use & microphone - Host's responsibility to operate
Expected amenities - stocked restrooms, access to water, electrical, heat/ac
Host can bring in their own pre-arranged beer, wine, and liquor if drinks are complimentary to guests. If drinks are for sale or there is a ticket price for admission JWC must handle the bar completely & a bar package must be purchased. Included is (1) satellite bar & tables for use. All other materials are host's responsibility to provide. ** (1) JWC staff member is required for all events that are providing any alcohol = $100 charge. ** Host can provide only beer, wine, seltzers for a self-service bar. If host wishes to have liquor/mix drinks present then a JWC licensed bartender must be hired ($20 per hour - 4 hour minimum). Host can provide the liquor served but a JWC staff member must pour/serve. ** Please note that materials, ice, mixers, alcohol are to be provided by host unless otherwise arranged ** Reminder: all alcohol must be complimentary to guests. Outside caterer’s are welcome. The caterer’s kitchen includes tables to work off of, refrigeration, access to water, access to electrical, & 1 full door hot box. Host/caterer is responsible to cleanup kitchenette area to its starting condition.
$4,000 Reserved Friday-Sunday for full weekend access Friday by 12pm - Sunday by 3pm
$225 Hr Sunday-Thursday Required 3 Hour minimum with more limited access times than the Fri/Sat/Weekend rental - Included access time is 2 hours prior to start time & 1 hour post - Additional
setup/tear-down time is $50 per hour. All other inclusion above apply
**JWC Offers A $500+ Discount Off The Room Rental if you use in-house bar services
and/or in-house catering services. Spending minimums are required to qualify- Discount
is only eligible for Friday/Saturday/Weekend Rentals & Sun-Thurs rentals in excess of

- Options Where Host Providing Own Product -
Option 1: $100
This option is mentioned above in our venue rental details. This is the basic charge for a JWC staff member to be on duty for the duration of your event & provide minimal security for your event that is providing alcoholic beverages. The alcoholic beverages must be complimentary and cannot be for sale to guests in any way, this includes no ticket price is purchased for the event. Only beer, wine, seltzers, and similar products can be provided by the host and guests can self-serve the items or host can hire a bartender of their choosing.
Option 2: $100 + JWC bartender at $20 an hour- minimum 4 hours
This option is where the host provides all product and materials for their desired bar (ice, cups, condiments, mixers, garnish, beer, wine, liquor, all they desire) but a licensed JWC bartender is on staff to serve the drinks to the guests. This is required if host would like to have liquor drinks/cocktails at their event. Host can provide the liquor but JWC licensed bartender must pour/serve the liquor cocktails. Please note for parties more than 75 guests additional staff/bartenders may be required

Option A: $200 + the cost of product purchased through JWC
(1) self-service station of beer & wine + the cost of the product purchased through JWC ($500 min)
A JWC staff member setups & provides the materials to display prearranged beer/wine package. Available for arrangement is select keg beer, canned beer, box wine, or bottles of wine. JWC staff will setup table(s), beverage bins, cups, provide ice pertaining to the beverages arranged with JWC. Staff will return to break-down & clean up beverage package station and materials. This package is limited to beer, wine, and seltzers only. It is perfect to provide a self-service bar without having to haul in all the materials and product.
Option B: $280 + purchase of product through JWC - required minimum of $800 in purchases
(1) satellite bar setup with beer & wine with a bartender to service the drinks individually to each guests.
JWC will provide the bartender, materials, ice, cups, condiments, etc to support the proper display and service of the beer/wine bar. Beer/wine can also be for purchase by the guests. The required minimum of $800 must be met or the host pays the difference but the host can reach this requirement by having drinks for purchase by guests.
Option C: $375 + purchase of product through JWC – required minimum of $1,000 in purchases
(1) satellite bar with beer, wine, a display of popular liquors are provided by JWC. The bartender is provided to service drinks individually to guests. JWC will provide the bartender, materials, ice, cups, condiments, etc to support the proper display and service of the beer/wine bar. Beer/wine can also be for purchase by the guests. The required minimum of $1,000 must be met or the host pays the difference but the host can reach this requirement by having drinks for purchase by guests.
Included in Bar Packages A,B,C is the setup & teardown, all materials needed to properly display the bar package ordered (tables, linen, beverage containers, ice, etc), materials applicable to bar package (cups, straws, beverage napkins, condiments/fruit garnishes applicable to bar package).
Time included in bar packages is the bartender open for service for up to 5 hours - additional time can be purchased $35hr/per bartender
Additional bartenders can be purchased for a minimum $125 - May be required for groups over 75 guests. Depends on bar arrangements & inclusions
Additional satellite bars can be purchased if wish to have more than one in the event space - Pricing applicable above.
All JWC Bar Packages are subject to gratuity
It is not allowed to combo a JWC Bar Package with host providing some of their own alcohol. It is one process or another.
